REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • License delivery
  • Download/access provided

2. Exceptions

Refund only if:

  • Product not delivered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Verified technical failure from our side

3. Third-Party Device Orders

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

  • Devices are supplied by third-party vendors
  • Bharat4U does not issue invoices for devices
  • Vendor is the actual seller

4. Device Returns & Claims

  • Subject to vendor/manufacturer policies
  • Must be reported within 48 hours
  • Bharat4U may assist but does not guarantee approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement depends on vendor approval
  • Stock availability applies

6. Refund Processing

  • If approved: 5–10 working days
  • Refund via original payment method

7. Shipping Charges

  • Non-refundable
  • Return shipping may apply

8. Order Cancellation

  • Allowed before processing
  • Not allowed after:
    • Digital delivery
    • Device dispatch

9. Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent chargebacks → account suspension
  • Legal action may be taken
